I found this article pretty interesting. Studies have found that the average age that girls begin wearing make up has been getting consistently younger since 2007. Wal-Mart and Target superstores have developed their own make up lines that target young girls, one of which uses "text slang" as product names. It freaks me out already how obsessed women and teenage girls are with make up, the fact that younger girls feel that they need to "enhance" their appearances makes me even sadder.
