6. "If you want to be free, be free"


This line is from a Cat Stevens song that was featured in my favorite movie of all time, Harold and Maude. Basically the whole song is saying that life is what you make of it. "If you want to be free, be free"; you have the power to be free right now, in this second. I think that its really easy to look to the future for hope and neglect the present. We make excuses for being unhappy. We say, "tomorrow will be better" but we don't realize that right now can be better. We just have to decide to make the change. We're all capable.
