"Bite Me" is an edible desk lamp made by American designer Victor Vetterlen.
It's made from vegetable glycerin and a gelatin derived from sea algae. It's completely biodegradable.
When the lamp is no longer desired, you can remove the electrical strip and either throw it in a compost pile or soak it in water for an hour to prepare it for consumption, to give it a texture close to that of gummy bears.
